What if you don’t have to work twice as hard to get half as much?
This is something black children are often told by their parents, and while there’s some truth to it, it doesn’t have to define our entire existence.
There are many barriers to black wealth in America, but one of the most significant is a lack of access to financial education and resources.
That’s where we come in.
We understand the barriers black people often face, not just to building wealth, but to making the most of that wealth once they achieve it, and that’s why we’re here to help. With our financial knowledge and resources, we can help you achieve the financial stability you deserve.
The Wealth Disparity
Despite the progress we’ve made over the past half-century, reports show that the disparity between African-American households and their white counterparts have more or less remained consistent over the past 50 years. Even when African Americans start earning as much as six figures, they’re still more likely than other Americans to feel financially insecure, and they’re more likely to live in poorer neighborhoods.
A study by Brandeis’ Research showed disparities in both wealth outcomes and financial access when the wealth patterns of the top 5% of African Americans was compared to their white counterparts. That’s because African Americans too often don’t have access to the same resources that can help them build and maintain their wealth.
Leveling the Playing Field
America is supposed to be the land of opportunity. Sadly, that dream still has yet to be realized by too many of her citizens, but we’re here to help even the playing field. That’s why our mission to help people reach their financial goals is so important to us. When you have us working for your money, you don’t have to worry about doing everything yourself or making sure you know the best way to invest all your hard-earned money. You have enough on your plate as it is, which is why we’re here to help you efficiently handle your money. With our financial planning strategies on your side, you’ll finally be able to stop worrying about money.
Gaining knowledge and working hard isn’t always enough. Once you start earning money, you need to know how to optimize that wealth so you can maintain, and even build on it. It’s what white people have been doing for centuries and that’s what we’re here to help you do.
